Welcome to the West Tennessee STEM Hub Lending Library!

Our goal is to help teachers integrate fun, educational projects into their classrooms by supplying them with the resources they need. Please view our items to see what you can use in your classroom.

The West TN STEM Hub will be open from 4:00 - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. The Library will be open Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM as well. 

Please read the following notes before checking out any items:

• Items in the Lending Library may be checked out for a maximum of 30 days.
• Only 5 kits of the same model may be checked out at a time, up to a maximum of 15 total items. For example, you may check out 5 K'NEX car kits, 5 K'NEX Bridge Kits, and 5 Straw rockets, but NOT 15 K'NEX car kits.
• Items MUST be returned during business hours on the day they are due. Therefore, please be sure to schedule pick up and drop off days on weekdays only. We do not operate on the weekend.
• Items MUST be reorganized after use before returning to the library. See below for details.
• All kits are available on a first come-first served basis.
• Educational kits should be returned with all pieces secured back in the correct bags and in the correct kits. Please allow time for your students to clean up and properly organize the kits and check them before returning them to us. Failure to do so may result in fines or exclusion from the lending library program. The lending library can only operate with your help. Please return items on time and in the correct condition.
• To begin borrowing, please create an account using a proper email address. You may then reserve items of your choice, subject to availability. The reservation will be confirmed and you may then come pick them up.
  Disclaimer: This is the first year with the new Lending Library check out system. The goal is to make it more convenient for you to receive items. However, we are still working out some kinks in the system. Please bear with us as we make this a great success. Thank you for your patience.

 

Loading zone located on Innovation Drive across from the entrance to the parking garage. Please turn on your hazard lights when in the loading zone. You must check in with the student worker in room 208 and they will bring the materials down for you. Please place all individual pieces in the appropriate bags upon return.
